Q: How long does it take for my order to be shipped? 

A: We want you to get your part as fast as possible. Most orders are shipped within 24 hrs.

Q: When I go to checkout the website says shipping estimate “not available.”

A: Are you attempting to enter an international shipping address? Sorry, we only ship to US addresses.

A: Are you entering a P.O. Box address? The shipping calculator only estimates to physical addresses. Please call to make other arrangements.

A: Oops, we have not entered shipping weight and/or dimensions. It’s not big problem and be fixed in a snap. Please call us or leave us a website feedback message under the contact us tab and we will fix it fast! (602) 618-3679

Q: How much does it cost to ship an item?

A: We use USPS for shipping calculations simply click checkout shopping cart at the top of the page then follow “proceed to checkout” then “calculate shipping” to get a quote.  Please feel free to call us if you need help. 

Q: Do you sell new parts?

A: No. We only sell good condition, tested and cleaned used appliance parts.

A: We only sell factory/OEM used parts, we don’t sell “refurbished”, “Repaired” or Cheap Chinese aftermarket parts. 

Q: Can you repair my appliance?

A: No, we just sell used appliance parts. We do not have have a repair/service Dept.

Q: Can you help me diagnose my appliance over the phone?

A: Yes, but we are not repair technicians and our “advise” is free. You always get what you pay for right? Better to get a professional opinion in your home, rather than have us guess at what might be wrong with your appliance. We do sometimes guess right though.

Q: Do the parts you  sell work?

A: Yes, we test the parts before we remove them. We try our very best to only sell high quality low priced used appliance parts. We are building an old fashioned  word of mouth business. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase so you will come back for all your appliance repair parts. We also want you tell your friends that you have found a place on the web, that can save them up to 75% over retail. By fixing used appliances with high quality used appliance parts.

Q: Can I return an item?

A: YES.  Returning an item is easy. Our no hassle return policy is, if within 30 days of receiving your order,  you are not completely satisfied, you can send back the order for a refund. We ask that you call us first however, so we can help you with a solution IE (miss ordered part, didn’t fix my appliance, wrong item shipped etc.) this way, if you need another part we can send it out before your returned order gets back to us. This will save time on both ends, and get your appliance up and running as quickly as possible.

Q: How do I return an item/order?

A: Just send it back to us; UPS, FED EX, USPS, anyway you would like is fine. Original box and packing materials are not necessary but appreciated. (cuts down on shipping breakage).  Apex Used Appliance Parts 2983 W. Fairmount Ave Phoenix, AZ. 85017. Please note, mis-ordered/not needed ect.  buyer pays return shipping costs, any other reason we will happily refund shipping costs so please print/include cost incured on the shipping label.
